Setting up your mailbox for renewal is important to make sure you can keep using your SITE123 provided webmail account to keep communicating with your clients.
To do this:
- From your dashboard click the Account button.
- From the dropdown menu choose Billing & Products.
- Scroll to where you see your email accounts listed.
- Click the renew button under your mailbox; however, if your email accounts are part of your account package as with advanced plans and higher, renewal here will apply for your whole account considering the emails are included for free.
- If they are independent email addresses, you can click to renew and it will bring up an order screen much like used with domains where you can choose the time to renew and the payment method.
- Fill in all necessary details to place your renewal order.
