Changing the status of a form message


Changing around the status of a form message is important for keeping track of information that has been updated when interacting with clients.

To edit: 

  1. Click on the SITE123 icon.
  2. Click return to dashboard. 
  3. In the dashboard you will see Form messages - Click on that button. 
  4. Go to a message.
  5. Under the Status field click the dropdown.
  6. You will be able to set the form message to New, In Progress, Pending, Completed, and Cancelled.
