Available through the Zendesk Suite (formerly known as Zendesk Chat), messaging provides you with the flexibility to have live chats in real-time and ongoing conversations that provide a full conversation history at all times with your customers.

To add Zendesk:

  1. First, go to Zendesk Chat and create an account.

  2. You need to receive an integration code for your website.

  3. Go to your SITE123 website.

  4. In the Website Editor, click Settings and select Plugins from the drop-down list.

  5. Click the Manage button.

  6. Click the Add New button and select Add New Plugin.

  7. Type Zendesk Chat in the search bar and click Add.

  8. In the Application ID field, enter the relevant snippet from the code you got from Zendesk - this is your unique verification code.

  9. Insert the code, Enable it, and click Save.

  10. Publish your website to update it with the changes you've made.
