Managing the tickets ordered for the event


Managing ticket orders for the event is important once the event is about to take place and people are turning in their tickets.

To edit:

  1. In the editor click on the SITE123 icon - click Return to dashboard. 
  2. In the dashboard, click on the large button called Events. 
  3. Under the Orders tab, you will see a list of all orders for tickets. 
  4. You can manage them from here by going to Status - you can click to change the status of an order from New to Paid, In Progress, or Cancelled. 
  5. You can also check Info by clicking the Info button and Delete the order if it is not correct or relevant.
