Creating new email account under your domain name


Creating email accounts under one of your domain names makes your website look more professional by having a custom email. You can also create a few different email accounts in different departments to build scale and trust with your clients for your business.

To create an email account:

  1. Click on Domain.
  2. Click Mailboxes from the dropdown list. 
  3. Click the New Mail Account button.
  4. Fill in your Mailbox Name and Mailbox Password. (You can also pay for additonal mailboxes beyond using the ones included in your plan). 
  5. Click on Apply to finish.

Note, you can forward emails from this new mailbox to another mailbox by clicking the "Forward emails to a different mailbox" checkmark and then inserting the email of the mailbox account you want to forward to.
