Setting SSL to your website's domain is important for protecting your website from modern day security hazards on the internet. At SITE123, If you own your domain through SITE123, your domain will automatically be SSL protected. If for any reason you want to disable the SSL protection on the domain, you have to go to their dashboard and click the Domain button.
- In the dropdown, choose "Setup SSL".
- Click to disable the SSL option.
- Note that the free subdomain that comes with every website at SITE123 is automatically SSL protected, so this requires no effort on your part.
- Notice that if you are pointing a domain from another provider you should point the Cname record to ssl.site123.com. If for some reason your Cname points to global.site123.com, you can activate the SSL toggle to fix this issue.
