How to create a website's group

Learn how to create website group! The group tool is invaluable for organizing your websites if you have several of them and also for dividing them up to allow different customers to access only some of them. A great tool for users who make multiple websites.

To create a website group:

From the dashboard, click on the house icon at the top of your screen. This will take you to the management page. From there you will see a blue button called +Create New Group. Click on it and type in the name of your new group. Once done, hit save. You have now created a new group of websites - you can drag and drop any website you want into and out of this new group!

To create a website group step by step:

  1. From the dashboard, click the house icon in the top menu of the screen.
  2. Click the button Create new group.
  3. Type in a name for the new group.
  4. Hit the Save button.

Groups are used to move websites into different categories so they can easily be sorted. You can also assign managers that only have permission to specific groups, creating categories of contributors that can only look into and edit different sites you deem appropriate. Groups are a useful tool for users with multiple sites because of these reasons.
