Changing your account's password

Resetting your account's password may be necessary if you want to change it for security reasons or if you have forgotten it and cannot login to your account.

To do this:

  1. Go to
  2. Click the Login button.
  3. On the login screen, click the text that says "I forgot my password." 
  4. A section will appear that asks you to enter in your email address (make sure you enter in the email address you use to login to your account, and that you have access to). 
  5. Click send - An automated email will be sent to the email you entered. 
  6. Go to your private mailbox and check your mail - it will contain an email with a password reset link from us. 
  7. Follow the link and then reset your password for your account.
