Set your MX records to forward incoming emails to your SITE123 mail account and use the mail account created on the platform.

If your domain is not managed under SITE123 Nameservers, follow this guide to set the MX records.

If your domain is managed with GoDaddy, follow this guide to connect your GoDaddy Domain With SITE123 Website (Steps 6-7).

Edit the MX Records

To set MX records:

  • Log in to your domain management panel.

  • Find the DNS settings.

  • Remove all existing MX records.

  • Add the following three MX records instead:

    • Type: MX

    • Host: Leave empty or use @ (depends on the panel format)

    • Server: mailme.enter-system.com

    • Priority: 0

    • Type: MX

    • Host: Leave empty or use @ (depends on the panel format)

    • Server: mailme.enter-system.com

    • Priority: 10

    • Type: MX

    • Host: Leave empty or use @ (depends on the panel format)

    • Server: mailme-backup.enter-system.com

    • Priority: 20

  • Click to Apply the changes.


👉 Note: DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to update.
