To set up your mailbox with Outlook 2016, follow these steps:
Click File, then Add Account.
Enter the email address and click Advanced options.
Put a checkmark next to Let me set up my account manually, then click Next.
Select IMAP account type, then click Next.
Enter the following parameters for the Incoming and Outgoing servers:
Click Next, enter the password for the email account, and click Connect.
